Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your stay, a 15-day notice period is required in order for you to receive a full refund.
If treks, guides and/or porters are booked a 21-day notice is required to receive a full refund.
50% of booking total will apply if cancelled up to 7 days before check-in.
No refunds if cancelled after 7 days before check-in.
In order to secure your booking, a deposit payment of 20% is taken at the time of the booking and the balance is due 15 days before your arrival.
A full refund will be made if we need to cancel your booking for emergency reasons.
